The internal scraping filter is a kind of equipment commonly used in the industrial filtration field, and the following is a brief introduction to it:

Working Principle

The internal scraping filter mainly consists of components such as a cylindrical filter screen, a scraping plate mechanism, a driving device, and a shell. The fluid to be filtered enters the interior of the filter from the inlet. Under pressure, the fluid passes through the filter screen for filtration, and impurities are intercepted on the inner side of the filter screen. As the filtration process proceeds, the impurities on the filter screen gradually increase. When it reaches a certain extent, the driving device will drive the scraping plate mechanism to rotate. The scraping plate closely adheres to the inner surface of the filter screen and scrapes off the impurities on the filter screen, causing the impurities to settle into the dirt collection area at the bottom of the filter under the action of gravity. In this way, continuous filtration and automatic slag discharge are achieved, ensuring the filtration performance of the filter screen and the stable operation of the equipment.

Working Principle

The core component of a cartridge filter is the filter cartridge. When the fluid passes through the filter, the filter cartridge will intercept and adsorb impurities, particles, suspended substances and other pollutants in the fluid, allowing the clean fluid to pass through the filter cartridge, thus achieving the purpose of filtration. Different materials and structures of the filter cartridges lead to different filtration precisions and effects. For example, common paper filter cartridges block particles through the interweaving of fibers; while metal mesh filter cartridges screen out impurities depending on the size of the mesh holes.
